How would you treat an unresectable verrucous carcinoma invading the anal sphincter?

Do you recommend chemoradiation with 5-FU and MMC or other agent? Does your elective nodal coverage change compared to typical squamous cell carcinoma?

Would treat with same plan and intent as typical squamous cell cancer with chemo option being xeloda and MMC or xeloda and cisplatinum.

There is very little data to support any answer, but I would treat this as I would any other SCC of the anal canal.
