How would you treat newly diagnosed advanced stage Hodgkin's lymphoma in a patient with significant cardiac systolic dysfunction?

What would you recommend in the case of ABVD or BEACOPP?

Personally, I would feel uncomfortable giving anthracycline to anyone with an EF of <45%.

One could extrapolate from some regimens studied in older patients, like brentuximab alone, brentuximab and dacarbazine.

Maybe even consider BV/nivo?
