How would you treat relapsed POEMS syndrome following autologous transplant?

Is there any experience to guide the choice of second-line therapy or the utility of a second autologous transplant? Would the presence of a therapy-related MDS or other concurrent neoplasm affect your decision (ie. an allogeneic transplant)?
