If a patient had an allergic reaction to one GLP-1, does it preclude the use of another?  

The patient had an immediate hypersensitivity reaction to 1st dose of tirzepatide, (hives, sob, etc) after previously tolerating semaglutide some months prior. It is unclear why the pt did not continue on semaglutide but was apparently tolerating it. Can the patient resume semaglutide? Is there any testing that can be performed?
