In head & neck cancers, do positive fresh frozen section margins (with final negative margins after additional resection) influence your decision-making for adjuvant treatment?

Some studies such as this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28988423 suggest +frozen section margins regardless of re-resection is a risk factor. Does your management change if patient comes from a surgeon you are not familiar with?
