In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, would you consider SBRT for appropriately selected early stage breast cancer patients?
Many hormone positive patients are beginning hormone therapy until they can go to surgery. With a prolonged pause in routine procedures seeming very likely, would the current circumstances provide more reason to consider SBRT followed by hormones?

No.If I'm interpreting the question correctly, it poses using definitive/ablative SBRT in lieu of breast surgery. There is no high level evidence to suggest that this is as efficacious as initial surgery. Definitive breast SBRT is being very actively studied in many smaller Phase I/II.While som...

I agree with @Neil Taunk.I would not favor definitive SBRT, and instead would continue with neoadjuvant endocrine therapy with plan for delayed surgery.
