In patients with resected NSCLC, how do you treat R+ disease (residual/incompletely resected primary lesion not suitable for re-resection)?

Would you treat with adjuvant sequential chemotherapy and radiation or concurrent chemoradiation, in which case would you add consolidative durvalumab?
