In patients with very advanced rectal adenocarcinoma status post low anterior resection, would you consider adjuvant chemotherapy initially over chemoradiation therapy?

Would factors like poor differentiation, high position in the rectum, or a very high number of positive lymph nodes cause you to favor infusional chemotherapy for systemic control over chemoradiation therapy as the initial adjuvant treatment?
