In what situations (if any) would you recommend ENI for a low grade parotid mucoepidermoid carcinoma?

I will never treat neck electively in low-grade mucoepidermoid carcinoma of the parotid. The risk of occult nodal metastasis in low-grade mucoepidermoid cancers of major salivary glands is extremely low.
