In your experience, do VMAT inhibitors risk worsening depressive symptoms?

VMAT inhibitors such as tetrabenazine, deutetrabenazine, and valbenazine, carry a Black Box Warning for an increased risk of depression and suicidality. Patients with mood disorders who take antipsychotics are at higher risk tardive dyskinesia. Have you found patients on VMAT inhibitors experience worsening of depressive symptoms in clinical practice?
