Is 10 Gy x 5 an acceptable dose to use for lung SBRT in tumors with favorable location (eg. not central and not encroaching on the chest wall?)

I agree except that for favourably located tumours, I still use 18Gy X3. For locations near the ribs, near main airways I will use 10GyX5 if I cannot meet the restraints based on protocols.
