Is celiac lymph node involvement a contraindication for chemoradiaton in esophageal adenocarcinoma?

I don't have a particularly insightful or one-size-fits-all answer to this question. I think this is absolutely a situation where the case has to be reviewed in a multidisciplinary context with an experienced thoracic surgeon and radiation oncologist.
