Is cross reactivity low enough to try cisplatin as an alternative for patients who experience hypersensitivity reaction to carboplatin?

Cross-reactivity between cisplatin and other platinum salts seems low. I replaced carbo or oxaliplatin with cisplatin several times without any testing or issues.
