Is it appropriate to substitute vincristine for vinblastine in ABVD for systemic therapy of Hodgkins lymphoma?
Given nationwide shortage in vinblastine, several of my patients under active therapy are facing delays in their therapies. Is it appropriate to substitute vincristine in the place of vinblastine?
