Is it necessary to test both english walnut and black walnut when evaluating for a walnut allergy?
Both are often on food panels but there is cross reactivity so shouldnt 1 suffice? How do you interpret 1 that is sufficiently positive at 10 mm but the other is 0 mm as well as pecan?
