Is it safe to give spine SBRT after recent cryoablation?

How would you treat a patient that had a T10 lytic lesion with extension to posterior 10th rib s/p cryoablation of the rib 4 months ago, but with residual disease at the pedicle and body of T10? What dose/fractionation would you recommend?
