Is keratosis follicularis (Darier disease) a contraindication to the receipt of PMRT?

A postmenopausal patient underwent surgery, MRM for an ER-negative, PR-negative, HER2-negative, pT2N0(sn) invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast. Positive surgical margins were present after surgery, which could not be re-resected to obtain negative margins.

Would you offer PMRT to this patient if they also were known to have keratosis follicularis (Darier disease) - a genodermatosis caused by mutations in the ATP2A2 gene?
