Is there a role for focal radiation in peritoneal mesothelioma following cytoreductive surgery/ HIPEC?  

In patients with peritoneal mesothelioma treated surgically, are there specific scenarios (e.g., localized abdominal wall disease or positive margins) where focal radiation is considered, or is RT generally avoided regardless of margin status?
