Is there a role for incorporating Brentuximab + AVD regimen into management of first line treatment for stage II classical Hodgkin lymphoma since they were not included in the recently reported ECHELON-1 protocol?
Do you feel comfortable extrapolating the PFS benefit seen in stage 3 and 4 patients to early stage patients as well? What about for bulky disease?
