Is there any evidence to treat the primary breast tumor with local therapy after a radiographic CR with systemic therapy for stage IV disease?
Young woman with Her2 positive disease involving her right breast, regional lymph nodes, and liver had a CR on PET after therapy with THP and now plans for maintenance HP. Breast MRI showed no evidence of disease after treatment. Any evidence for local treatment to the primary with surgery or radiation?
