Is there any role for adjusting how long to hold anticoagulation perioperatively based on DOAC dose?  

For example, if on a prophylactic dose of DOAC, planned for upcoming procedure such as colonoscopy or cystoscopy, would you hold for 24 hours prior to procedure rather than the typical 48 hours?
