Is there any role for adjuvant high dose interferon or other adjuvant therapy for stage IIA melanoma?

49 yo female with 3mm cutaneous melanoma no ulceration, 5mitoses per sqmm, neg SLN, who has received a recommendation for adjuvant high dose interferon from another oncologist.
