Is there any role for RT in the management of florid LCIS after mastectomy?
If a patient is found to have florid LCIS with with a 1 cm positive inferior margin s/p sentinel node biopsy (0/2 nodes involved) and mastectomy, is there any role for adjuvant RT?

No role of radiation therapy in this case.

I would not offer treatment.

It is in the spectrum of LCIS from classic to florid to pleomorphic and would not offer any adjuvant RT.
