Is there harm in doing a radiation oncology fellowship?  

Specifically, a non-brachytherapy fellowship? As a private practitioner, when hiring, seeing a fellowship immediately hurts the applicant in my eyes. Were they not adequately trained in residency? Was their personality not congruent with getting a job directly out?
