Is thyroglobulin typically elevated in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis on adequate thyroid hormone replacement?

Hashimoto's on LT4. Thyroglobulin 129.8 (2.8-40.9) was ordered by primary care, TPO 10, TSH 4.77 Thyroid ultrasound shows heterogenous gland, no discrete nodules.
