Given the different types of adjuvant capecitabine schedules after chemoradiation for locally advanced nasopharynx cancer, how do you select which regimen to use? The metronomic dosing of 650mg/m2 seemed better tolerated and improved failure-free survival. Is the recent data presented at ASCO 2021 practice changing?
