Should breast cancer patients with never-treated latent TB and for whom chemotherapy is indicated be treated for latent TB during chemotherapy?

Considering the concern that immunosuppression from chemotherapy could lead to reactivation of TB, I would be in favor of treating latent TB while a patient is receiving chemotherapy.
