Should you offer radiation therapy to a low risk prostate cancer patient on active surveillance so that he may receive testosterone supplementation?
The patient's urologist will not offer testosterone supplementation unless he undergoes definitive therapy of his early stage prostate cancer. Are there any concerns about progression of his disease while on testosterone or decreased efficacy of radiation?

Great question.
