What adjuvant therapy do you give after surgery to patients with gastric CA who undergo 3 cycles of FLOT with no tumor effect on pathology and maintain good PS?

I understand the perioperative trials are not based on tumor regression in cancer cells.

Thank you so much for all your insights and great responses. They did receive 4 cycles per FLOT4 and not 3. Agree with no adjuvant radiation unless margins positive.
