What adjuvant therapy would you recommend for a post-menopausal women with PR+ but ER- pT1c pN0 disease and a high OncotypeDx score?

How would you treat pT1c,pN0 ER negative, PR positive (same IHC on repeat testing) post menopausal woman with high oncotype recurrence score who has no major co- morbid conditions? Which adjuvant chemotherapy regimen would be preferred and any role of adjuvant ET?
