Does this patient definitely have HCC? Or could it be fibrolamellar carcinoma - specifically, did she/he have the DNAJB1-PRKACA fusion?

I can help with FLC for sure. I have seen over 250 FLC patients.

For HCC, I have only seen about 10, though some do respond to "FLC-like" therapy, such as GEMOX-LEN...
