What are your recommendations regarding methotrexate usage in patients with persistent chest CT changes post COVID pneumonia?

Would you use methotrexate in a patient with a moderate amount of persistent interstitial change on chest CT following COVID pneumonia (without persistent respiratory symptoms)?

• Yes, I would initiate and/or continue methotrexate if that is the best treatment option for the underlying rheumatic disease
• Yes, but only in a patient already taking and tolerating it previously (would avoid initiating in a methotrexate-naive patient)
• No, I would not use methotrexate at all in this type of patient
