What are your shift tolerances for fractionated SBRT and SRS treatments?

If imaging is aligned at PTV despite exceeding tolerances do you accept/override, perform shift verification image, or reposition the patient? Do you utilize all 6 degrees of freedom for corrections? What does exceeding shift tolerances in each direction due to the potential accuracy of radiation?

I generally use Shift more than PTV margin as an indication for repeat imaging.
