What chemotherapy backbone would you use with trastuzumab in patients with HER2+ esophagogastric cancer that relapse after perioperative FLOT4?
Given that pembrolizumab/trastuzumab with chemotherapy is new SOC for metastatic disease, how would you approach those with recent fluoropyrimidine + platinum exposure as with FLOT4?
