What do you consider to be the minimum technological requirements to safely deliver spine SBRT?
For instance, are there
1. Specific Linac features, such as a certain MLC leaf width, 6-DOF couch, etc?
2. Requisite on board imaging/IGRT capabilities?
3. Pre-treatment imaging: fusion of an MRI in the treatment position, etc?

I agree with Dr. @Yoshiya Yamada that in order to start an SBRT program, there got to be some minimum requirements.1. Expertise- Apart from the MD and physics expertise, it is crucial to train up the whole team, including CMDs and RTTs. It's very helpful to have periodic meetings to review the ...
