What dose of radiotherapy do you use for low volume Castleman's disease?

I have a patient with low volume disease of Castleman's disease with cervical lymphadenopathy and tonsillar hyperplasia that is suspicious but not biopsy proven (evaluated by ENT who did not recommend biopsy or surgery). Although the literature of case reports generally uses 40Gy, are there any experience with lower dose RT for low volume disease, especially given that the tonsillar hyperplasia is not proven?
