What dosimetric parameters do you use for avoidance of the urinary diversion when treating post-operative bladder cancer?

The recent post-op guidelines http://dx.doi.org/10.1016/j.ijrobp.2016.04.032 mention the importance of contouring this, but also note the lack of consensus opinion in regarding specific recommendations.
