What dressings do you recommend for patients with hidradenitis suppurativa to help prevent friction and collect drainage from open areas?

Agree with Dr. @Dr. First Last. Hidrawear was designed by a patient. The main benefit is the lack of need for adhesives since it uses small Velcro fasteners on the outside of the garment to keep the bandage in place.
