I have had a lot of success treating vestibular migraine with atogepant and fremanezumab. I have seen more with atogepant and it's become my first choice as a preventative for vestibular migraine.

In my opinion, vestibular migraine is a non-entity in the same way as new daily persistent headache is a non-entity. Considering either condition as an entity does injustice to the patient.
