What hypofractionated regimens would you consider for postoperative SCC of the hand with a positive margin?

50 in 20 is fine. If its location could be readily salvaged without compromising form or function, observation is also ok. It’s unusual not to have clear margins in the hand. Suspect proximity to a joint that the surgeon couldn’t get any deeper, and as such, treatment is very justified.
