What, if any, is the role of radiotherapy for a recurrent nonfunctional parathyroid carcinoma?

There are no official guidelines for this rare tumour but have been case series published, suggesting benefit for adjuvant radiotherapy. Would you consider radiation in a multiply locally recurrent patient? If so, what dose and volume?
