What is an appropriate dose for definitive radiation of a stage IE EBV+ polymorphic B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder?

The patient is a 75 yo immunocompetent man who has a history of inverted papilloma of the sinuses and presented with a new lesion in the right maxillary sinus.  Pathology showed a polymorphic B-cell lymphoproliferative disorder, EBV+, with no concern for an EBV+ DLBCL.  Pathology noted that the cells are monoclonal/plasmacellular proliferations seen in association with impaired immunity, in this case likely immune senescence.
