What is your current practice regarding antibacterial prophylaxis in patients with hematologic malignancy and resolved neutropenic fever (>72 hours)?

• Early de-escalation and discontinuation of antibiotics based on patient’s clinical course and microbiologic results at 72-96 hours
• Continuation of broad-spectrum antibiotics until neutrophil recovery regardless of clinical course
• Individualized assessment considering underlying disease status, comorbidities, previous infections or colonizations with multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs), and current immunosuppression
• Other
