What is your approach to allergy skin testing in patients currently taking JAK inhibitors?

Given that JAK inhibitors suppress mast cell degranulation and histamine release in laboratory studies, but withholding may risk disease flare (e.g. in STAT gain-of-function disease), how do you proceed with allergy evaluation in these patients?
