What is your approach to immunotherapy-related pancreatitis?

How do you manage the initial event, including length of steroid taper and the role of pancreatic enzyme monitoring? What is your experience of subsequent diabetes or other late complications? Do you consider re-challenge with immunotherapy after resolution?

Depending on the severity of the ICI-associated pancreatitis, I will start patients on prednisone 0.5 mg/kg/day - 1 mg/kg/day.
