What is your approach to IV fluid resuscitation during a sickle cell vaso-occlusive crisis?
How do you reconcile the potential risks and benefits of IV fluids in this patient population? Do you have a preferred type of fluid, as was suggested by a recent study in JAMA Internal Medicine?
