What is your approach to managing follicular lymphoma with central nervous system involvement?

Have you treated such cases with systemic therapies? If so, which ones (e.g., cytotoxic chemotherapy, anti-CD20 monoclonal antibodies, or targeted agents)? If amenable, would you manage cases with local therapy (i.e., surgical resection with or without radiation)?
