What is your approach to solitary resectable brain metastasis from previously treated BRAF positive melanoma?

What would be the optimal strategy after maximal surgical debulking? The NCCN guidelines do not delineate between adjuvant therapy with SRS vs Systemic therapy. If systemic therapy is chosen, what would be your preferred agent(s)?
