What is your approach to the treatment of diffuse leptomeningeal glioneuronal tumor (DLGNT) in a young adult?

This is a relatively new entity with various case reports using combinations of chemotherapy and/or craniospinal irradiation after surgery. What is the optimal sequence? Does the molecular subtype influence your recommendation?
