What is your approach to treating IgA nephropathy in patients who also have IgA vasculitis?

In a patient with known IgA Vasculitis [IgAV], IgA dominant pattern of injury in the kidney biopsy reflects IgA Vasculitis with Nephritis [IgAV-N].
